I'm a mom in my late 40s with a knee replacement-- a complicated client, and not every trainer can handle that. Cristina is firm, encouraging, creative, professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgable. Do not hesitate to hire her. Ask for my info from Cristina and I will be happy to talk your ear off about how great she is. And trust me; I'm super picky. I turned down two other trainers before hiring her. She is fabulous!

Cristina is a wonderful person to help motivate an unmotivated person. She really puts thought and effort into your routine. Always on time and was very flexible with my crazy schedule.
