“I had called Clear and Present Plumbing for a quote on some line work on my outgoing gray water pipe to the city. David was very responsive and he sent Travis out to come look at the potential job. Travis's integrity ended up saving me hundreds of dollars because as it turns out, the root issue I had was right at the cities T pipe and he had told me to try calling them first as it was likely their responsibility. I never even would have thought to do this based on the prior info I was given. I called the city that day close to closing and the team they sent out the following morning said that it was absolutely the cities problem!
