I did order late and I was dying to know was when and where we can pick it up? Or if there is a delivery date. It felt impossible. But after today I got a kind email and felt for the over load they are feeling so decided to change my review to how I feel now: They responded to my email today and it was clear and apologetic and had all the info I needed. I also understood that this year has been unusual and hard and that gave me a understanding heart. I appreciate that they were able to get back to me eventually.”

“I went into Money & More Pawn in Kyle, Texas today, to sell some of my miscellaneous small pieces of gold and silver jewelry. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. A young man, Hector, helped me with my sale...explaining the evaluating and selling process. I was very pleased with the ending cash-to-me results. While I waited on my jewelry to be evaluated, I took the time to look at the jewelry they had for sale and found a very pretty pinkie ring...which I bought at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning to this store to sell future items I have and/or buy something I might want/need.”
