“Recently moved in and can say it's most likely the nicest and cleanest place I've ever lived. The ladies at the front are great and if there is an issue they are quick to remedy it. They are always smiling and offering suggestions about the area. Very dog friendly with a huge dog park which my pup loves. And I can't wait to take advantage of the resort style pool as it warms up, which features mini waterfalls (fixing the pump for it they said recently) and has plenty of space and seating. Those two amenities were the biggest selling points for me in addition to flexible lease terms and the stellar Google rating. Attached a sunset photo I took at move in from my balcony that overlooks the golf course. Here's hoping things stay as great as they seem so far!”

“As a team (leasing, regional, and corporate managers), I do think Valiant Residential will do their best to hear you out and find the best solution. My maintenance requests are usually on the fly and I get a response somewhat immediately. I can express a concern in passing to leasing managers or maintenance and it will get attention. I do appreciate the gated community. As far as safety, it is a public space so be aware of your surroundings and make good choices. I do wish the maintenance of dogs was better from the residents, this is coming from a dog owner myself. There are a lot of families around here so we try to respect the volume of noise since children need sleep.”
