Staffing tries to be helpful but often doesn't know anything about the tools or what they are used for.

Love this store! Well stocked, clean & organized. Techs are friendly & helpful. If you like Ryobi & Rigid tools, this is the only place to buy them really cheap. 1 yr warranty on Refurbished Tools & 3 yrs on Blemished Tools. My friends & I have bought many tools from them. Little over an hour from home, but worth the drive.

I have been acquiring tools from Direct Tools for three years as of October 2020. I have never visited this location without finding a great deal and today was no exception. Tools and accessories for most of my home improvement projects and occasionally more. I would also like to point out the friendly staff is always ready and willing to help with any questions. I look forward to returning after the holidays to pick up a couple more tools if Santa doesn’t drop them off next month.
