I was given time to look over several theater type recliners till I found what I was looking for. I just didn't like the one on the floor color. The sales agent gave me a swatch book and time to sort through. I found what I liked and the sale was completed in about 15 minutes. “On 5/14/2022 after looking at leather furniture sets locally; my family purchased a leather sofa and love set custom made from Natuzzi Leather from Ivan. Ivan is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable of the products he sells, and provides stellar customer service. Although, we purchased from him online, he made us feel comfortable about our purchase. He overnighted us swatches, so that we could feel the texture of the leather we were purchasing and pick a color that would complement our home. Ivan, also gave us great incentives that met our budget and ultimately motivated us to move forward with our furniture purchase. He estimated that we would receive our furniture sometime in December due to supply chain issues, but to our surprise, we received it on 10/17/2022 and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. “It’s a standard Starbucks but, the staff was friendly and did not seem bothered that you came in. I also like that they have the sweeteners, straws, stirrers etc… out where you can get them, not like so many Starbucks where it’s all behind the counter and they act annoyed when you ask for them. If they just start putting the heavy cream back out at the self serve bar I would give them 5+ stars. Lol Overall this is one of the nicer Starbucks I have been to.”
