  Living at the Thompson had had its ups and downs, but the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or issues promptly. Maintenance requests were handled efficiently, and the team ensured that the property was well-maintained at all times. I’ve loved my time here at The Thompson and all the friendships I’ve made here.

  An awesome place, live here!!! I’ve been to many apartment complexes in San Marcos, and none compare to The Thompson. The modern updates and unique layout makes it feel so homey, and the staff is so eager to help always! Maintenance is consistently on top of it, and it’s overall a gem you’ll luck out on.

  I have been living at The Thompson for the past 2 years, and will be here a 3rd year as well. I have thought about transferring to different complexes, but have ended up choosing The Thompson every time. They have everything; from a huge pool with a volleyball court, to a dog park with plenty of little friends for any dogs to play with! Not to mention their helpful amazing staff, who have games and raffles every week to help my friends/roommates and all college students out. Overall, if you're looking for an apartment complex that checks every box, don't overlook The Thompson:)

  I am so glad I moved to the Thompson’s. I have lives at other apartment complexes before and they do not come close to how much I love it here. The thompson’s take care of you, have fun activities all the time, cater food, and much more. The apartments themselves are very nice/cozy and spacious. Maintenance is one of the best parts of this complex. They are very attentive, and come within the day you request. I have had issues at my apartment when it’s their off hours and they still manage to come and provide me help!! I really recommend this place as they prices for the space I got is really good and reasonable!!
