(November 18, 2022, 9:11 pm)I have been living here for three months, and i like almost 90 percents of things here, there is a gym accessible 24 hours and also a study room with coffee machine which really suits my students life. The people working in office are very friendly and i love them:)
The apartment is neat enough, not excellent neat but accepatable neat. There might be some problems regarding trashing, but i think that is the residents' fault that do not throw their trashes in the mentioned part which is a kind of disrespect. AND, more importantly, i do mot like change my place because of the river and hiking path there is just within one minute walk, I LOVE its nature, All and all, i highly recommend this place ;) -

(November 10, 2022, 12:56 pm)ive had a great experience living at the grove for the past 3 months! there's always parking, maintenance and staff handle business respectfully with residents. it is a relatively quiet location off campus, compared to other apartments, and offers great rates. although I have heard of many people having problems with the complex, it is only because the residents do not treat the place with respect by cleaning up after themselves. the staff is A1!

(November 10, 2022, 12:25 pm)We toured the property, preparing for our daughter to attend Texas State. The staff took time to answer questions and show us all the amenities. Now that she has moved in we are very happy with our choice. The Grove is a great community that when you see the units, pool and community building - you would think it cost more. As a parent, I recommend The Grove at San Marcos - safety, convivence, quality and good pricing!
