I had an irritated eye, what I thought was allergies. On day three I had to make a 2 hr drive to San Antonio, but my eye was bothering me so badly that it made driving unsafe. In desperation I pulled in this optometrist office, hoping to get drops for the pain. When the receptionist asked if I could come back in two hours, I was going to bag it, but Dr. Pratt walked by, saw I was suffering, and said he'd squeeze me in. Thank God, because it wasn't allergies. It was a embedded metal shard (a few days earlier I had been cutting metal roofing, but wearing very good glasses, so I was confident that the problem was allergies). Dr Pratt removed the metal, and removed the rust stain. Very professional -- very, very competent.
...And I am SO glad I stopped here instead of my local minor emergency clinic. This doctor is the best!

I've gone to him for over 10 years and the service has always been great!!!
