I appreciate that he was understanding about the routing of the conduit so as to not create any eyesores on the house. In particular, I found our original communications to be extremely efficient and clear. He provided windows of time when he was available for calls, and we were able to video conference from my phone to plan out the conduit path in advance of them showing up for the install. We were given a date range for pick up and delivery. The driver had a crew he used/trusted for pick up and asked if we could change the pick up date by one day so he could use that crew.
