“Thanks for asking...over a year ago I dropped in but didn't find what I wanted. I did however leave my phone number. Last week, I got a text from Kaelin, who let me know that she had found somethings I truly might be interested in. She sent photographs. I was unable to get out to the shop but we texted back and forth about the products. She talked to her manager and even had even gotten permission to give me a special deal. Now that's service! By the time I could make it to the shop Kaelin was not there. I ended up working with Trinity. She was just as helpful as Kaelin! Finally after seeing everything that the shop had to offer Trinity helped me with a fantastic price that I was comfortable with. How could this be, two great sells associates at the same shop? Before I left I ended up talking with 2 more employees. Each was helpful. Drew, the "muscle" at the shop even went the extra mile and helped me get an excellent deal for my delivery of the furniture. Maybe you think my bill was enormous, it wasn't, but the service I received has made me feel like a VIP. It's clear that the dealership takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for its customers. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my car was serviced. I had expected to wait several hours, but the dealership was able to complete the work in almost no time. “Love this store! They have pretty good selection, from pots to plans to cookbooks to tools. Friendly staff and they are not under staffed. They also offer shipping, I remember it’s a flat fee depending on the value of products you bought. It’s very convenient if you’re traveling and don’t want to bring something as heavy as pot with you. In the store they have a small area presenting the process of how to make a Le Creuset pot, from row iron to finished product. It’s cute and educational lol.”

“These guys are awesome! Genuine top notch customer service. They have installed ceramic window tint on 2 different cars for me, flawless job on both. Today they installed an 8 light rock light kit on my wife's Acadia. It was a difficult install simply because of the design of the Acadia. They stayed on it for 2 hours past closing time to get it done so we could have our car back. While we were waiting the staff took music requests from us and our kids to keep us entertained. Our 9yr old is very active and talkative, the staff rolled right along with him and never acted like it was a chore to entertain all his questions. Kris was our installer for the rock lights, Kris did a kick A** job. The install is right on point and the car looks amazing! He stayed and got the job done for us so we didn't have to be down to one car for another day. Thank you Kris and the Audio Outlet staff for yet another top notch job. We will continue to look to you for our needs.”

She was so kind to go retrieve a ladder and help us. We were in the area and came in to check out their summer clothes. Found lots of great options! Swim trunks and shirts. “I was greated at the door when I walked in. I gave the information I was looking for and was given directions to where I needed to go. I was given time to look over several theater type recliners till I found what I was looking for. I just didn't like the one on the floor color. The sales agent gave me a swatch book and time to sort through. I found what I liked and the sale was completed in about 15 minutes. They really make it easy to find what you want without chasing you around the store ushering you into a different direction. I recommend this store to anyone wanting a no hassle buying experience. “Found awesome deals and boots for my husband and myself. Fantastic service from the team of Carmen, Weslyn and Calista. I was sad to hear they are closing but the San Antonio stores will stay open. They make Vaccari boots which I had been familiar with a pair of Python boots so I knew their quality and lower prices from buying direct versus other brands of similar quality. We found so many great deals on Alligator head, alligator and caiman tail, shark and smooth stingray! They also had deals on Black Jack boots for about 1/4 of the prices from other stores. We were very happy and with the help from the store associates! Thank you ladies for your wonderful service!”
