“Thanks for asking...over a year ago I dropped in but didn't find what I wanted. I did however leave my phone number. Last week, I got a text from Kaelin, who let me know that she had found somethings I truly might be interested in. She sent photographs. I was unable to get out to the shop but we texted back and forth about the products. She talked to her manager and even had even gotten permission to give me a special deal. Now that's service! By the time I could make it to the shop Kaelin was not there. I ended up working with Trinity. She was just as helpful as Kaelin! Finally after seeing everything that the shop had to offer Trinity helped me with a fantastic price that I was comfortable with. How could this be, two great sells associates at the same shop? Before I left I ended up talking with 2 more employees. Each was helpful. Drew, the "muscle" at the shop even went the extra mile and helped me get an excellent deal for my delivery of the furniture. Maybe you think my bill was enormous, it wasn't, but the service I received has made me feel like a VIP. “Love this store! They have pretty good selection, from pots to plans to cookbooks to tools. Friendly staff and they are not under staffed. They also offer shipping, I remember it’s a flat fee depending on the value of products you bought. It’s very convenient if you’re traveling and don’t want to bring something as heavy as pot with you. In the store they have a small area presenting the process of how to make a Le Creuset pot, from row iron to finished product. It’s cute and educational lol.”

“I was greated at the door when I walked in. I gave the information I was looking for and was given directions to where I needed to go. I was given time to look over several theater type recliners till I found what I was looking for. I just didn't like the one on the floor color. The sales agent gave me a swatch book and time to sort through. I found what I liked and the sale was completed in about 15 minutes. They really make it easy to find what you want without chasing you around the store ushering you into a different direction. I recommend this store to anyone wanting a no hassle buying experience. These guys are legit.”

Got there right when the store opened, picked out our pieces, paid and arranged for delivery with the company they recommended the next day. Also… to the person saying Veronica changed her name to Carissa … I… Carissa bought quite a few pieces including the table you have pictured with my name on the sold tag. Veronica didn’t change her name, I paid for the table, and delivery couldn’t pick it up until the following day… which is why it says sold, not hold. They only hold items for 2 hours 🥰”

It is difficult at times since floor associates are elusive… I hear they have an app now so I believe corporate wants it to function as a self help app. Pearl at customer service is always helpful and respectful. Give that lady a raise, I always see her there doing a good job looking polished and patient. Never had any issue at customer service:)”

“I have purchased four floor vases and they are all beautiful. They are lightweight, so it's easy to move them when cleaning or changing location, but they look like they are made from much heavier material. The textures and designs are beautifully crafted and look like each one was individually customized. I fill them with stems and flowers that can be changed according to the season. All of my floor vases arrived in perfect condition as they are packed exceptionally well. They also arrived in a very timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with this company and the products that I have purchased so far. I will be making additional purchases in the future, as I am in the process of redecorating my home and have lots of great ideas for more of these floor vases and other of their products. “On 5/14/2022 after looking at leather furniture sets locally; my family purchased a leather sofa and love set custom made from Natuzzi Leather from Ivan. Ivan is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable of the products he sells, and provides stellar customer service. Although, we purchased from him online, he made us feel comfortable about our purchase. He overnighted us swatches, so that we could feel the texture of the leather we were purchasing and pick a color that would complement our home. Ivan, also gave us great incentives that met our budget and ultimately motivated us to move forward with our furniture purchase. He estimated that we would receive our furniture sometime in December due to supply chain issues, but to our surprise, we received it on 10/17/2022 and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.
