  We just had our wedding here and couldn't be more happy with the owners, Elise (the main coordinator), the Ranch, and overall experience. This is a beautiful, comfortable, thoughtful, and sustainable Hill Country venue.

  Y'all, when I say I have no words, I truly mean it. Bill and Marilyn are without a doubt the most incredibly kind, generous, and caring venue owners that we ever met as we were selecting our space. We selected The Cedars Ranch not only because the venue itself is outstandingly gorgeous, but also because of how open, honest, and helpful Bill and Marilyn were. They truly became our friends throughout the process.
  
  The sheer fact that we could utilize the venue for not only one day but a whole weekend, at a minimal fee no less, was the absolute best part of our wedding. Truly, it was such a relief to be able to gather on Friday evening, celebrate our wedding on Saturday, and then come together on Sunday before we sent everyone off. I could not have imagined working with another venue. Our wedding would never have been the same.
  
  At the end of the day, I'm here to tell you not to hesitate. Book The Cedars Ranch now. They are the best Austin area venue out there!!

  All my life I had dreamed of having an outdoor wedding and from our first visit out to The Cedars Ranch walking and talking with Marilyn about the amenities available, Austin Eastciders in hand, we knew this was the venue we had been looking for. The outdoor ceremony area facing west to capture the sunset and surrounded by Oak trees to the plaza crowned with twinkle lights came together beautifully and laid the perfect picturesque background as the setting for our wedding. The Great Hall adjacent to the plaza was a great peace of mind in case the weather decided to not cooperate and was designed to be open-air which was a huge plus in wanting to have our wedding outdoors, but could also be converted to be insulated should the it start to get cold. Getting ready with my bridesmaids in the yurt on property was the perfect, calm setting to start the day off that I needed to get me in a relaxed head space. The yurt was chic yet rustic and had everything we needed to get ready, including the bluetooth speaker to stream our wedding playlist to get us pumped while we got our hair and makeup done. Bill and Marilyn have put so much thought and effort into the Cedars Ranch and it absolutely shows. Our guests enjoyed being able to spread out over the property to make s'mores over the firepit and though we didn't get to make use of the gazebo space due to the wind that evening, we had planned to hang up a large frame for guests to take pictures in. We hired Torchy's Taco Truck which unbeknownst to us is the largest food truck in the country but the space they had allotted for food trucks (including plug-in availability) was plenty big enough even for it! Dancing to our first song under the twinkle lights surrounded by our family and friends and under the immense Texas night sky will be a memory that I cherish forever. I cannot say enough good things about having your wedding at The Cedars Ranch and will highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a wedding venue. Thank you Bill and Marilyn for providing a setting that made our wedding everything I had ever dreamed it would be!!

  The Cedars Ranch is one of the most beautiful properties I have seen!! It sits on 20 acres of Hill Country in Wimberley. It is so peaceful and the best place to get away and relax. Their Luxury Eco Yurt on AirBnB is unbelievable and the venue itself, which can be used for weddings, events, retreats, and more, is to die for. I can't recommend this place enough!! Also, the sunsets from here are undeniably some of the best you will see. I love how eco-friendly the space is!!

  My wife and I spent 5 days at the Cedars Ranch yurt, and it was absolutely fantastic! I’ve been in a yurt before, but nothing like this. They rent the yurt on Airbnb and it is worth every penny. The Ranch is a wedding, and event center, but you can also just stay at the yurt within the lovely cedar trees.
