Hino Gas

My time at Extended Stay America was pretty good. I know it's in a rough neighborhood and all but this place is not bad. The rooms were clean, you get your own mini kitchen, a decent bathroom, and the customer service was great. Thank you to Richard and the young woman that kept checking me in and out of rooms.

I've stayed here for about 2 months total, and throughout my entire stay there hasn't been any negative experience to be had. Rooms have been clean, homey and relaxing. Their location is nice because it's our of the way of all the unwanted traffic and annoyance that would normally come with staying at a place where there is a dense population. Staff has been helpful and polite and prompt with any needs or wants that may have arisen during my stay.

The lovely ladies who work the mornings are amazing! Ms, Darlene is always so kind, with a smile on her face! I truly appreciate her patience and understanding! Usually the morning staff at majority of the places I've stayed, is grumpy and can't wait to kick out people, and seem to thrive off of it. Ms. Darlene and the other woman who I feel awful for not remembering her name right now, are nothing like the grumpy, rude morning staff that I have encountered at places before! They are the exact opposite! And I seriously do mean it when I say I truly appreciate the patience and understanding, from both lovely ladies! Thank you for always being so awesome!

This extended stay is my favorite. The location is great with food super close grocery store is down the street, freeway is right there but you DON'T notice any noise inside. Front desk is always helpful and super nice. They have cookware that looked brand new. Rooms are clean and quiet. Parking lot is always clean always parking available I give this hotel five stars
