Kaizen Martial Arts

Kaizen Martial Arts offers an amazing and individualized experience for every student. Sensei Lisa shows care and compassion for each of her students and their different learning styles. She has been very understanding and empathetic when my family’s health issues have interrupted my training and continues to work with me to help me stay abreast of my lessons. I recommend this school to everyone who shows an interest in martial arts.

Sensei Lisa is an awesome instructor. Not only has she taught me karate, she has helped me improve other arts I practice. She is a Wonderful person who keeps in mind the best interests of those around her. I'm thankful for everything she does.

This is a good place to train for experienced and inexperienced individuals who have a love for martial arts. Sensei Lisa doesn't just teach you martial arts. She teaches you the history behind Kaizen too!

Kaizen Martial Arts is a great place to learn self-defense through traditional Okinawan Karate. Sensei Lisa Sudbury is an amazing instructor who invests more than just martial arts into her students. She has taught my three boys and I how to defend ourselves and overcome fear and doubts. I cannot recommend Kaizen Martial Arts enough.
