She was extremely kind and patient during the procedure. Her use of numbing cream was highly beneficial. Your selection of a true professional for permanent make-up matters greatly! My original permanent eyeliner lady did not do numbing cream - ouch. And, perhaps even more importantly, the previous lady who did permanent eyeliner for me about 10 years ago made some mistakes. Patricia was able to clean her mistakes up as well. Please take your selection of a professional seriously. I cannot recommend Patricia highly enough. “Love the small community and the maintenance was always great. The only reason I'm moving is because I wanted to be in Ft. Worth. I've been in this apartment for nearly two years. The one bedroom apartments have the biggest kitchen I've ever seen in an apartment. I loved it!
