“Good location to where my boss is. Very quiet. The people that and operate it aren't actually there at all but they don't really need to be. They employ a management company to handle things like changing a light or repairs on stuff and i imagine cleaning out the units if they have to. The owners are very nice people. The other clients are respectful not to give strangers the code. I'm not going to go into that though, it would make my review too long”

“Dr. Wong is amazing! As a matter of fact his assistant and the front desk did very well coping with my sons'.... Ummm.... Specialness?... Both of my boys have ADHD and ASD. The youngest is the most distracted of the two and has his own little world, he doesn't respond well with most people. But everyone here did great and he likes them all! They are all very thorough but don't take 50 million years to accomplish things. It always smells good in there when you walk in and they seem to decorate for each holiday. It is definitely a clean and well organized establishment.”

“I truly enjoyed however, I was not there really to see the football team. The drill team for the Pirates does a clinic for little girls to come meet and perform with the Stowaways. They do the clinic on Saturday and the following Friday the littles get to perform a dance with the Stowaways. This is really good public relations for the school and I was personally involved because my granddaughter got to do it and had an absolute blast. Thank you to the coach for doing this these young ladies.”

Just a tremendous setting and very enjoyable and relaxing stay. I had the upstairs BoHo Room, and it is highly recommended. “The room was very clean, and the pool felt great. They had hot breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, but we didn't get to take part in that. When we checked out, we forgot a bag full of our own blankets. Once we realized we left it, I called, and they still had it. 2 blankets were missing. They were my boys' blankets from when he was at Cook's, so they had meaning to them. The gentlemen went in the back and found them for us! I was so thankful! I highly recommend this hotel!!”

“Granbury was the town chosen as the midway meeting point between Amarillo and Houston for the reunitement of long time love. The Blue Heron was chosen out of curiosity for the first Bed and Breakfast experience, no idea what to expect. You can expect to be welcomed by David or Melissa. We were welcomed by Melissa first when we dropped off one of our vehicles so we could tour the town in one car. When we returned to check in we were greeted by David. From the first introductions to them walking us out David and Melissa got the hospitality thing going on!! I personally felt like I was visiting family that let me stay in there home. They were conversational and interested in our reasons for being there. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and there were little things throughout out that made the stay convenient for forgetful travelers like myself (phone charging station next to the bed). The breakfast was Excellent as well as the cookies!!! Thank you David and Melissa for help making this reconnection a great experience. I believe we will make this an annual visit at the least. - We didn't do much outside because of the extreme weather , so there is a lot more to enjoy - for the next review!!”
