“Arrive on Friday, check in was at 3 pm.. We were greeted very nicely and it was very inviting.. the staff was very kind and hospitality was wonderful.. Our room was very clean and spacious.. The bed was super comfortable and soft.. They pool was nice but We were to busy to use.. The room temperature was cold and comfortable.. Breakfast was complimentary in the morning and the waffles were delicious.. I would definitely be using this place again.. Thank you for a comfortable weekend..”

“Our son is in the military, was traveling from Dallas to Killeen. And his car broke down in Alvarado. We came upon your shop via a google search. Had him park his car there and dropped the keys with a note. After researching the next morning, we realized you all were temporarily closed for relocation. Scrambling on what to do and how to get the keys (we, mom and dad live in Iowa) I spoke to someone and after all was said and done, we couldn’t of asked for better more honest people. You helped our son even tho your were closed, tho it was a minor fix, it was huge to us as we are so far away! We can’t thank you all enough!!!”

“While traveling alone from Minnesota, I had to spend several weeks in the Dallas area. I was very happy to find this RV park, even though it's not fancy and there's not much for kids to do. All I needed was a safe place to stay that was quiet, conveniently located, and provided water, sewer, electricity, a laundry room, and trash disposal. This place was perfect for me. The owners were friendly, cooperative, and helpful and the price was also very reasonable. The laundry facility had very nice men's and women's restrooms that each included a shower. Quite a few tradesmen were there and they agreed with my assessment. I will definitely be back.”

“The owner Levi is great. We were sold a tractor by Anthony who I’m sorry to say is very incompetent. He sold us the wrong size tractor after we explained in great detail what we needed it for. Levi stepped in and made things right and we were able to upgrade our tractor without losing too much money. Still very frustrating situation that could have been avoided if the salesman knew what he was talking about, but at the end of the day we got it worked out thanks to Levi.”

“My youngest daughter has been wanting to go horseback riding for some time...we have never ridden before...I found Rancho La Rosa online and booking was easy plus you are able to text the number if needed...Not only was the price great...the horses were very well behaved...and our guide Rachel was great! She was kind, informative and great with the horses! It was me and my three teenage daughters and we all had such a wonderful time!!! Highly recommend and hopefully we can return before the trail ride season ends in November!!!”
