They had to rewire my heating system due to improper installation to make my system work properly when the temperature drops below freezing and installed a new thermostat. Tommy was absolutely outstanding! He did not try to sell me on something that was not needed, took his time to explain in detail what happened to my system. Before leaving made sure everything was working properly, very polite, professional, timely, and overall did an outstanding job. I will use their company for my heating and AC needs in the future.

But later I realize that this company build their reputation over the past many years and they do really care about it. Company owner Tommy by himself came in to resolve all my issues and goes above and beyond to make me happy. One thing I learned is to reach out to the owners of the company and talk to them if you have issues. In my case Tommy listened all and did everything to resolve my issues and he did.
