Burleson Nissan

The service department was extremely helpful in getting me the right service contract purchased at another dealership to honor here at Burleson since I have moved from Fort Worth and preferred not to travel back to Grapevine for just an oil change. They were extremely professional and crew was efficient and wait was short. I’m confident any future needs can be met well by the Burleson service department.

Jaime was awesome and very knowledgeable about the pathfinder. Marcus was a beast in financing explained things very throughly. I pray for continued healing with him. He has a very nice vibe we connected right away. I could talk to him for hours and hours. His smile lit up the room. Nice place to visit. Very good customer service through out the place. If I have any questions they are always willing to pick up the phone and answer when I call.

Today we got our Nissan Sentra with Maria. What a wonderful experience!! She took care of everything with such attention to details that we felt we did the right choice. If you want to do a good deal, go there and look for Maria!!!

Maria Castro was a phenomenal sales rep. She guided us through the process without persuading or pressuring our decision. Made my first car experience very enjoyable. Being bilingual also was a major upside for full understanding the entire process.
