Jeff listened carefully, searched diligently for properties that fit my goals, found thorough inspectors for me, and advised with kindness and without condescension. He was persistent, when the first place I bid on was withdrawn from the market. He was encouraging when I was outbid several times. And I found a great home!

Jeff was tremendously helpful when I put my previous home on the market, offering well-thought-out advice throughout the process. He served as go-between to my buyers, when the spring hailstorm clobbered that roof & gutters, so that both the buyers and I were calm during repairs.

So - with 5 stars being the best, I would rate Jeff as 5 in expertise, diligence, truthfulness, communications, and having useful contacts. Absolutely tops!
