Excellent customer service!! Easy, quick, friendly. LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. Came to these guys after Enterprise dropped the ball (bc Enterprise is a huge retailer that uses the same faulty system that kept telling there IS a car when there isn't, ugh so our car was cancelled two days before our trip booooooo) Regional Rental got us sorted, PUTS THE KEY ASIDE WHEN YOU RESERVE IT, so you KNOW you have a car. Affordable, and the customer service is super chill. Seriously, if you need a car to travel in Texas (called Regional for a reason) COME TO THESE GUYS! 👍

This place was great and fast. I needed a car ASAP and they were the only place in the area that actually had a car. Would definitely return for sure!

Customer service was great. They kept me more informed about my rental than I had on my car being fixed! They were pleasant in every interaction. Luis was especially kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

I promise, I had utter frustration with placing my personal vehicle in the shop but my experience turned positive with a rental company that could accommodate my needs! They always had something for mw when I called! Everyone was professional and hilarious also! When they remember you, it is an amazing feeling... I felt like a valued customer! When I say, I call, I do rent a lot! Thanks so much for taking care of your customers!
