(May 15, 2021, 6:59 pm)Jan has a menu for every appetite! Food here is very delicious! It's what we call down the Bayou! The price is good hey the food is absolutely to die for! So treat yourself well. We had seafood platter today and it was very good! It has shrimp stuffed crab oyster and stuffed shrimp with fries! Great deal for the money! The gumbo was also delicious! Today I had chicken sausage gumbo. It was some of the best, that I have tasted! You won't be disappointed

(March 16, 2021, 2:07 pm)My wife came to New Orleans on our 15th anniversary and took a swamp tour got there early so we came to Jan's for lunch best chicken gumbo I've had in a while and my wife had a hands down 5 star hamburger steak

(January 31, 2021, 10:02 am)So far I haven't had a problem This storage facility . However When it rains Heavily I worry about flooding , due to the design of the Property. I've Been Told It is impossible To insure. I'm just hoping it doesn't become a problem before I get done storing my items. The staff is friendly. Ty.
(December 30, 2020, 5:07 pm)My friend had a Catfish Platter with French Fries. I had a bowl of Seafood Gumbo, both were equally very good and served piping hot! Restaurant and rest room very clean. Social distancing and masks required.
(September 19, 2020, 11:10 pm)I stopped for lunch whilst down there working. Ordered the large shrimp plate ($13.50) and a Diet Coke ($1.50). It was good. Nothing unique...thirteen shrimp and ample fries. Next time down there I’ll give Voleo’s and Boutee’s a shot so I can compare the three.
(January 27, 2019, 6:39 am)You pay for what you get. No hassle. Just pay your bill on time!! No deposit, no credit check, the grounds are kept well... AND they have cameras. I Feel Safe. (they still recommend you to get your own insurance on your things)
I love that I don't have a set time when I can go to my unit. It's great because I work nights.
The couple that own it are friendly & professional. Highly recommend them and give it a👍!
