Summercrest Apartments

I want to take the time to write a review from a resident who has resided here for 2 years! In the beginning as things were transitioning into the placement we are in now things were rocky. (As every company is as they try to get in a new groove) But after they figure out the right "team" and right people to recruit, I kid you not its been lie a completely different apartment complex. They VALUE my home and when things need to be fixed and SHOW UP. That is a huge ordeal for me! No longer having to call and ask when things will be taken care of. The staff is prompt, answers the phones, calls back, and completes service request quickly. I was bragging about how THIS is how I want to live and I am so happy to be apart of this community! Do not think twice about living here! It is fantastic!

Lizette has been so helpful during this process. My only negative feedback is the lack of phone calls answered and calls returned from other employees. The complex is nice and quiet. Looking forward to learning more about the community in months to come.

The property manager Jannette Warren is extremely helpful and always there to answer any questions we have. She makes sure we feel at home here. Richard Satcher has always been extremely helpful and professional whenever he comes to fix anything. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Would recommend.
