Metro by T-Mobile

Everytime I go in this place it is always a pleasure. The guys here are very helpful every time. Their customer service is excellent. I have been in a few other Metro stores in the past and it is always a beat down, but not here. My boy's even love going to this location. I'd rather spend extra time and gas just to go to this location. Even if there is a phone they don't have in stock I will wait. It is well worth it at this location. My kid's seem to love breaking phones so I go here very often. The environment is very clean too.

Went in to pay bill and see about a possible upgrade. Kevin helped me who was super knowledgeable, very non-pressure, and courteous throughout the process. I have a cool new phone, paid my bill and got a few free things thanks to Kevin and his assistance! Thanks Metro PCS and Kevin!

Had a great experience with Kevin. he seem like he dedicates his time and effort into making sure his customers are happy. He is polite and his knowledge about the company and the phones is outstanding. I see this man moving up one day into a higher position, he is definitely an asset to the metro by T-mobile company. This was the best experience I've had being a customer and I have been a customer on and off for about ten years now.
