(February 9, 2023, 12:42 pm)I faint easy when getting blood drawn, so I was terrified when I had to deal with automated kiosk that was so troublesome that I couldn't figure out how to check in until I was late for my appointment. Thankfully the Phlebotomist came out and asked for my name and told me everything needed to make the lab order happen. I told her what my experiences were, and she talked to me the whole time through the vial filling. When people are involved, it's a fantastic experience!
(November 29, 2022, 4:23 pm)The walk in was a little hectic because U have to sign in..But Ms.Virginia was the Bomb and very sweet. She made it super easy and relaxing for my daughter.
