(February 19, 2023, 11:51 pm)Just like many others I’ve driven past freedom power sports plenty of times, but had only stopped once. My initial encounter was just before Christmas searching for a dirtbike and four wheeler for my two young children. I wasn’t particularly looking for two large investments due to it being their first machines and not knowing if they would like them. I met Mike who is my salesman. What an outstanding individual. Unlike other dealerships who are constantly looking for the next sale he and the other staff were pleasantly different. His goal was to find out what was going to best suit me and my family. There was no pressure given only suggestions that would help out. I actually didn’t buy anything that first go round. As soon as I went back on the market for a UTV I knew exactly where I was going. I searched them up and waited for Mike to be open. Again, they wanted to please me and my family by finding out what our actual needs were. Unlike most dealerships, there was no attempt to try and upsell me into something I didn’t need. Such a smooth process, from us looking at the machines to getting financed took as much time as I wanted. They didn’t drag their feet trying to make a sale in the back office either. I can’t compliment their professionalism and care enough. I highly recommend them and look forward to doing more business in the future.

I first met Logan (Parts Manager) who made a solid recommendation in the Kawasaki Mule, meeting the exact requirements we needed. Christian Thomas was our sales rep and did a phenomenal job communicating and following up on every step of the sale, and lining things up internally to make a smooth and easy process to purchase and pick up. Everyone from service, finance, and parts were a pleasure to deal with. Very pleased with our new Mule and the service we have received. Will definitely do business here again. Keep up the great work!

The Staff was very friendly my Salesman Michael was Great, took his time with us visited with us for a bit. It was reasonably priced so I Bought it....have had it for months now No Problems or issues at all. There service center is top notch very knowledgeable you can trust them to work on you vehicles. They have earned my business for sure...
