Minus the fact that the appointment took much longer than expected, I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very kind. Katie is absolutely amazing! The soft touch she had while cleaning & examining my teeth was very much appreciated! Going to the dentist is always scary and she was EXCEPTIONAL. Doctor Hess was also very kind, informative and explained every question I had, in great detail, so I know what I need to do going forward. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone that needs dental care.

This is a great dentistry to bring your family too, or just yourself. From start to finish, I was very comfortable and felt well taken care of. Chandra did super awesome with X-rays and cleaning! She was also very fun to talk to. Doctor was very thorough in observation and coming up with a treatment plan that suited me for my best interest. Amazing experience, did I mention I hate the dentist? Not anymore!

At the beginning we were upset that our previous dentist near us just left and Ballard became our new dental office. But after meeting Jason and Dr. Miller and thoroughly explained to us the procedure that my husband will have to undergo, we decided o stay with them. The implant procedure went so well and also the follow-up that we don’t want to go to any other dental office even if the location is far. Jason is awesome, friendly and put us at ease, explain very well and so far the best dental office we have been to. Jason is the best.

The front office made it easy for me and my daughter to get scheduled the same date and time, much appreciated with our packed family schedules.
Lesa was my hygienist and super gentle and informed me of everything she was going to do. She made sure I was comfortable the entire visit.

Ballard Family Dentistry is amazing. Everybody treats you like family. Amber made it such an easy process, she was great. Dr Miller was so comforting, and did such beautiful work, I had such a great experience with them all that I brought my kids and decided this was going to be our family dentistry. Kathy took such amazing care of and was so patient with my daughter she completely put her at ease. And Sam was so great with my son, she really helped calm his nerves.
We highly recommend them, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
