A huge thank to our server, Casey, for making my birthday dinner so special! She was so kind and happily fulfilled all our special requests. What an awesome person!! The food was some of the best we've ever had - ten stars!! Try the chicken fried tenderloin, the sauce on top is really unique and delicious! Bravo!

Get the chicken fried rib eye. Probably the BEST chicken fried steak i have ever put in my mouth. Has an awesome gravy with crawfish on top. Not typical for sure, but in a good way. The service is professional yet friendly, and not pushy. Check my reviews of restaurants and you may find only 1-2 other restaurants with 5 stars, and this is one has definitely earned it. This restaurant is worth your business. Ill be coming back soon.

Great wait staff on our visit. Loved the Restaurant itself. Only reason for four stars and not five: Our Son ordered the Tomahawk Rib Eye Steak, pretty pricey at $85.00. He had to send it back as it was way over cooked. They did swap it for a properly prepared steak.

Looking at other comments, over cooking the steaks seems to be an ongoing issue. A couple people in our party got chicken dishes, also way over cooked to the point they did not finish them. We will be back, but ask that our dishes not be torched, maybe order items rare to get medium rare and not well done? Desserts were outstanding!

Tonight was our first opportunity to come to fly by night cattle company. To say that I am impressed would be an understatement.

My wife and I both had tenderloin and it was probably one of the best steaks I have ever had in North Texas. The views from the windows were amazing and the value of the experience was well worth it in line with what I would expect.

My husband, mother and I were visiting the area from New England. We were looking for a place to have dinner and found fly by night online near us. They were able to get us in the next day. This restaurant is perfect. The atmosphere is great, food is delicious and our waitress was so nice! We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back in the future. I would highly recommend fly by night!
