From beginning to end the entire experience I had went exceedingly well! I reach out via FB marketplace initially and Robert was SO fast to get to my questions. We worked together to find the right machine for my needs. When I came to the workshop to pick up my (new to me) Singer he showed me in real time how to set up and use the machine, his modifications made to the machine, and how the machine performed on my own scrap material and additional material he had for testing. Robert is just such a wealth of knowledge and was incredibly kind to both myself and my husband during the entire process. We currently live in Midland and drove the 4-5 hours to meet with him for the purchase. I would definitely recommend Robert and his business and I have all the intentions of coming to him in the future for servicing, repairs and more machine purchases!
Robert Rael did an awesome job repairing my backpack strap for me. No sewing companies were open today because it was Sunday except him. Gave him a ring and he worked with me to get it done; and what a great job he did for a fair price. I'd highly recommend his work to anyone needing any repairs to any bags needing fixed. Now as far as Sales go, you would have to get in contact with him for further details about what kind of sales he is in to, but can't stress this enough that I'm a satisfied customer.
I first contacted Robert through Facebook, and his response time was faster than I expected. I later called him through the phone and he provided a lot of helpful information about a machine I was interested in buying. I ended up going to his shop to check out the machine and I was very pleased with how Robert explained everything I needed to know. He answered all the questions I had, and he was not in a hurry. He was very respectful and honest through the phone and in person. I took home a Singer 15 (plus extra goods for no charge) and extra sewing needles for a good price, and I am very pleased with it. Any questions I may have, Robert is quick is answering them. I recommend you check out Roberts Sewing Emporium!
Robert was very knowledgeable and super helpful in picking the right machine for my needs. He took the time to walk me through how to load and use the machine. Very pleased, will do business again!
Robert found the parts to help me rebuild the tension on my 1910 hand crank Singer. And he had a belt for my Singer 66 Red Eye treadle. Now THIS is a sewing machine repair shop!
Pics are my soon to be operational vintage machines!
