Great walking trails lots of space and beautiful sites to see!
They have tent and rv camping.
Main bathroom by the park was very clean.
The children's play park could use some work but my kid didn't notice so it was all good.
Definitely beware of snakes we saw 2 in our couple hours of hiking. Only about 3 ft each.
Cleburne State Park is a great place to get out, relax, and really enjoy nature. The various trails throughout the park are welcoming to hikers of nearly all skill levels, and the views overlooking the lake are gorgeous. Listening to the trees rattle and speak as the wind blew through was just what the doctor ordered. We'll definitely visit again.
Good place to do some hiking. Very rocky terrain on clear paths, not very steep hills. The late can be fished and swam in. They have lots of different types of camp sites.
My camera was acting up, so I didn't get near the pictures that this place deserved! It was like walking in the garden of Eden! The continuous waterfall was so neat to see in person. We found several fish in the small pond areas between the waterfalls. We only did a couple of trails here, but will be back to take better pictures and do all the trails. Be very aware of your surroundings, as we seen about a 6' long snake skin hanging in one of the trees we walked past.
