The employee, Emma, was working alone and handling business. It was a crazy busy Friday evening and she took care of everyone, bouncing from our piercing, to checking out customers to answering questions for those who were just looking.
She treated our daughter with TLC and really made this potentially scary situation fun.
Her piercings are perfectly centered and the instructions were thorough and extremely helpful. These pictures were taken immediately after, so her lobes were still red, but that went away quickly.
