  One of the most memorable moments of my entire life. Staff was amazing course was instructed top tier. If your thinking you have what it takes to see what you're made of. Definitely recommend.

  Couldn’t have asked for a better experience on my journey to the fire service. I almost went with a different fire program but what a mistake that would’ve been, one of the best experiences of my life. Such an awesome experience with awesome people. For any Canadian students looking into going down to Texas this is the place!!

  Training Dev Group changed my life for the better. One of the best times in my life. Cant thank these guys enough for the training they gave me down there! Moderation is for cowards! If you’ve been considering a career in firefighting this is the place to get your training.

  If you're on the fence about attending Dev Training Group, here's your sign to GO and get after it! "If you're scared go to church" and remember this will be an incredibly rewarding experience that will set the tone for your future firefighting career.
  It's hard to express how much I appreciate this program! My time here will never be forgotten! Truly an experience I will hold close to my heart! If you work hard, put in your best effort, and maintain true discipline, you will come out with the necessary skills to become a firefighter.

  Ranging from online course work to physically being put into blazing live fire drills, Training Development Group will give you the full experience of being a fire fighter. Don't kid yourself; this is a bootcamp and should be approached as such. The instructors will expose any weaknesses you might have and force you to dig deep to see if a career in the fire service is right for you. A truly humbling experience and I'm grateful for the sacrifice the team in Texas makes to ensure an incredible experience for its cadets.
