“Venus may be a small town but don’t let that fool you. The officers here take their job seriously and I appreciate it. They are nice and respectful and willing to help you in any way, just obey the law. I appreciate that they patrol Hwy 67 for speeders, so slow down. Just as with any community, we don’t want vehicles speeding through town putting anyone in danger.”
