The first time I fully expected to pay for a cleaning but he was honest and very transparent and after a thorough inspection my chimney actually didn’t need to be cleaned yet. The 2nd visit (now 5 years later) I had him come out this week and needless to say it definitely needed to be cleaned . 😁 Again he was very thorough cleaning from the top and bottom and even getting up inside the chimney himself and did an amazing job.
