“We could not have been more pleased with our bathroom remodel experience with Chris and Fort Collins Home Improvement. To begin with, Chris is a super nice guy, a true craftsman, and a person who is absolutely true to his word. He always showed up when he said he would and if late or delayed for some reason always sent a text message providing an update. We felt the cost was quite reasonable and there were no cost surprises. A huge benefit was the fact that Chris did all the work himself so there was no having to deal with subcontractors and the inherent delays and frustrations dealing with same. The only sub was the fabricator of the quartz vanity top who works closely with Chris. Attention to detail was evident throughout the project and if something wasn’t perfect then Chris would redo it until it was. Chris was also very good at minimizing the disruption a major remodel can cause and was extremely attentive to keeping the general area clean and cleaning up thoroughly at the end of the work day. He was very responsive to any questions that came up and promptly resolved any concerns (which were very few). We have been thrilled with the final result. Working with Chris has been the best contractor experience we have ever had and we cannot recommend Fort Collins Home Improvement highly enough.”
