I placed the service order with 2-10 at 2130 on Thursday. At 0800 on Friday Nicole called me. She was polite, professional, and accommodating. I was able to have a technician out that day. The gentleman who came correctly identified and repaired my broken bathtub drain, that was in the second floor bath. The leak caused damage to the ceiling and wall below. He was thoughtful enough to contact a different company that evaluates the extent of water damage. Because he contacted them promptly, a technician came out that same day, at no charge, and offered particle and helpful advice. I will contact elite plumbing for help even after my home warranty contract has expired.”

He gave us two separate quotes, with one adding a descale and hydro jet of the rest of the existing cast iron pipes(which we chose to do), and he exceeded our expectations in every way, including price, even though after starting he discovered the concrete was twice as thick as the standard.
