“I hired a handyman to come change out some faucets and when he pulled off my bathtub faucet, he informed the pipe was busted and he would need to cut into my wall to repair it. I didn’t trust him and decided to contact a plumber. I contacted 5-6 other plumbers referred to me by friends/neighbors, by phone and text and only 1 ever even replied/responded! He informed they don’t do that type of work and then I called Tim. Tim answered the call on my first try and had someone out to fix it first thing. The gentleman who came correctly identified and repaired my broken bathtub drain, that was in the second floor bath. The leak caused damage to the ceiling and wall below. He was thoughtful enough to contact a different company that evaluates the extent of water damage. Because he contacted them promptly, a technician came out that same day, at no charge, and offered particle and helpful advice. I will contact elite plumbing for help even after my home warranty contract has expired.”
