The technician, John was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job. A few days later my air conditioner wasn't cooling and since I had such good luck before I called Jay Young's again . Phyllis was super sweet and sent Raymond my way eventhough it was late in the day. Raymond and Michael fixed the problem and within an hour I had a cool comfortable house. This plumbing company does quality work for a fair price. I'm glad that I found them through Angie's List.”

He took a look around and made some suggestions on what can be done. He was very informative and represented the company in a professional manner. He set us up with an appointment to get an estimate on some things we were interested in. And he kept in contact with us to confirm date and times. For our estimates Mr. Scott helped us out. He took a look at our situation and within minutes gave us his professional advice and estimate on what would be needed to achieve the results we wanted. Now if I can convince the misses to stay close to home these holidays, we should be able to get some work done to the house before Xmas. “We called after midnight on Friday night. The person answering the phone took down the details and said a tech would be out in the morning. At about 6:45am I received a call verifying that we still wanted service. I told them that we did. The tech arrived at about 7:25am. Steven knows his stuff - down to what year the outside air conditioning unit was installed. He diagnosed the problem, changed out the part, added a little coolant, did the paperwork and was done by 7:45am. It wasn’t what I would call “cheap” - but I do think I paid a fair price for service that quick and competent. It’s now 8:15am and my house is back to its normal temperature.”
