“I normally use Christianson in Texas for Water heater instillation , but they were very busy and limited head count. So had to look Elsewhere, and ended up being Excalibur in Round Rock Texas. I knew what I needed done, and they had no problem quoting me for that work over the phone, some places simply would not do that. I was happy with the quality of work from JEFF, he did a few extras, that Christianson would nickle and dime you for. So Ive found an alternate to Christian and I wouldnt mind having the same plumber back, maybe his job is easier next time, cause he already set it up well.”

“I am in the process of preparing my home to be on the market. I reached to SALT through their website. Someone contacted me within 24 hours! The young lady I spoke to was very responsive and friendly. She listened to all my needs and concerns. I called on a Saturday and SALT could schedule the techs on Monday. I was impressed they could come out that soon. Monday arrived quickly. Brett and Jorge were the two techs sent to my home. They called me 15-20 minutes before arriving. They wore shoe coverings to protect the carpet. Brett informed me he listened to my phone call and read the notes the young lady provided him. I had to explain very little to him what I needed done. Their plan of action was incredible! They started from the outside, working their way inside the home. I had some light switches changed out, kitchen light installed, and my outside electric sockets fixed. They performed this job in under 3 hours. Brett also took the extra step to review the safety of my electric items in prep to sell my home. Now I'm aware of what needs to be fixed and the cost. I also like that they provided me several different quotes and not just one. That is very important to me as I can make the decision on what to tackle first. They also offer finance options which is always a bonus in my eyes. I can't believe I almost forgot to mention their work is covered under a 2 year warranty at no extra cost. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. For me it is not just about affordable prices but techs who care about the job they are performing as well as ensuring the customer is happy.
