“I have always had a very hard time trusting Dr’s. I found Dr Barksdale last January and he has been amazing. I will never go see another Dr as long as he is around. Whenever I can’t see him and have to see Katherine it is always just as amazing. All of the doctors in this office truly listen and provide the best care possible based off your complaints. After seeing a specialist for 3 years for my diabetes I was still living in the 500 glucose range. After my first three months of seeing Dr Barksdale and his team I now live in the 90 - 200 range and my A1C is below 8’s. Still not where we want it to be but better then where it was above 12. Not to mention his staff. Very professional, compassionate, caring, and always greeting you with a smile!! Especially Mallory, she is absolutely amazing and these Dr’s are so blessed to have her on their staff.”

I’m 5’ 3” and never thought I would be able to defend myself against a larger person or multiple attackers. During class I’m presented real life scenarios and given the tools to protect myself against them. I never though learning self defense would be this much fun. I look forward to class and can’t wait to see what they have to teach me each week.”
