The location is pretty convenient, clean and I have the best team here. They are comfortable, friendly, accommodating and compassionate. There are two areas that could be better, such as the temperature (really hot today, I was sweating in the waiting area, a viral/bacterial growth temp) and the time there (behind schedule) 2 1/2 hours today. I like that they play movies on a waiting room tv to help pass the time.

If you contact them by phone, you want to do so when you have an hour or so to wait as my most recent call took that time. Previous calls were typically around 20 to 30 mins before someone answered, so just be prepared to wait.

They do have a patient portal but do not use MyChart, which means you cannot join them in with any other medical professionals for convenience. I would recommend them for the location and the positives I've shared.

I do not have kids, however those with kids that I have witnessed really seem to like this location too. I hope this helps anyone wondering about this group or location.

They are really great at this place. They take the time to listen to you & really care about your needs! Everyone is very nice and attentive to their patients!

My doctor was very nice, she listened to how I was feeling physically, got the tests done as quickly as possible. Then she went above and beyond my expectations and listened to my emotions and shared her personal experience with me as well. It definitely helped to know that I'm not the only mom who spends so much time on the kids that I totally forgot that I have needs to, that I need some time to myself to unwind everyday as well. 🥰

Ms. Stacey is very professional and took special care and attention to my sick child. Her wonderful caring personality brighten his day and we will keep coming because of her. Office is nice and admin/receptionist were very helpful.
