Gary and his people who work for him are very easy to work with you should be very grateful to have employees who care this much about the people that work for not many people are like this anymore!!!

Ordered a new tractor from this place. It was more than 2 weeks getting to me and within 24 hours from delivery it started sounding the intake manifold pressure alarm. Called the salesman that sold us this tractor and he transferred it to their service department last Friday morning. The tractor was delivered last Thursday. The service department passed it onto field service to schedule a truck to come out to my location to run a diagnostic. Still waiting for field service to call. Not happy. Today is Thursday and Robert called first thing this morning saying another Robert would be out by noon to diagnose and repair my new tractor. And he actually came around 10 am, did the diagnosis and repaired the problem. He left his card and said if we have anymore problems, give him a call and he would be happy to come back out. He also wanted my husband to call him so he could go over with him what he did. He was very pleasant.

Had a little issue.. BUT GARY WAS WONDERFUL AND FIXED IT! UNITED NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE THIS MANS EFFORTS AND REWARD HIM!! Thank you Gary.

Called in looking for parts for a John Deere L for my sons for FFA and Kayden in parts was very helpful and knowledgeable on what parts I would need and even gave me an exact website to order the parts. Also wasn't in a rush to just hang up was really engaged with the conversation. 10/10

I bought a tractor from Kristin. A small guide was loose from the factory and it sheared the threads. I called Kristin and he was on it. He actually delivered the part to my house!
I’ve never heard of that. Outstanding!
