She got to me as soon as she was able and then was very attentive and answered all questions I had about upgrading my phone. I had removed my screen protector before coming to the store. I didn't have to wait and was able to get an xray quickly that confirmed a nasty break in my hand. They made a splint for me, ordered prescriptions and gave me a referral to a hand specialist. “If you haven't done business with John in a while, you might want to give him a try again. I purchased a brake booster from DAP a few years ago and it recently failed. I boxed it up, sent it back to John, and a few days later a warranty replacement showed up at my house. Whatever John is doing now, he is getting stuff out the door quicker than he has in the past. I purchased a set of rebuilt calipers from John last year as well. They shipped fast as well. I recommend communicating with John by email. He has a lot going on and email seems to be the easiest way to keep in touch. Thanks for taking care of that brake booster for me!”
