The manager Destiny has great customer service, she is informative and helped walk me threw the process. They even have insurance you can buy at a low cost! “I spent a year at Burning Tree Ranch. Like many have said I would never suggest someone go through the experience unless they are dying of addiction, the truth is though that I was. I was hopeless ..or it felt that way. Burning Tree helped me to understand many things, one being that there is a different way of life than the one I had become accustomed to. I was told if I am willing to take the steps necessary and put in the work to save my own life that my life would change, they promised that. My experience there was hard, painful, and at times downright miserable. I was not a perfect client, I fought most of the way until the very end, but the staff at The Ranch always kept up their end of the bargain and didn’t allow me to recede inward and become self-absorbed. “Surprisingly a very smooth process. I had an Appointment. So I checked in. Filled out an Application. You have to fill one out regardless of checking in. They were so friendly bc I didn't know what all to do after entering the building. So the Employees guided me and told me to fill out the application. And they immediately called me to the counter. I felt a little slow since I didn't have breakfast prior to my appointment. So the Employee was very kind and patient. I had a great experience. It was so fast!”
