“2/5 stars for pro-collect/gateway pines for reporting me to the credit bureaus years after i paid my move-out balance and did not owe pines anything 3.75/5 stars for my comfortable stay with a few issues but mostly satisfactory experience with pines 5/5 stars for how well ive been treated as an ex resident who left an honest and not always flattering google review. Avg star rating: 3.6/5 so i rounded that up to a 4/5 due to my most recent and as pleasant as it can be experience. ************Updated review************ I loved the price Location Relatively new and upgraded feel And the pool! Also when i moved out and had my mail accidentally sent to them instead of my current address, they made sure to call me and let me know they had important docs for me. From living here 2 years ago, i remember having a few issues: 1. At one point there were roaches in the breezeway but this was swiftly handled once reported. 2. One pool was always closed even though we paid for 2 to be accesible to residents. 3. Maintenance was not that qualified —this may have changed. My spouse and i both lived here in different buildings at the same time and both experienced poor outcomes for simple maintenance requests like a clogged sink or dishwasher. Jammed sink disposal shredder thingy lol… 4. Lastly its multiple levels, and no elevator! Also parking is scarce during the week and latenights. BUTTT Recently and the most pressing issue as i have since moved out from gateway but otherwise enjoyed my stay—was having them or the collection company they use report me (dropping my score 20 points) nearly 2 years after i had paid and resolved the move-out charges(i must have forgotten abt it in the chaos of moving but do not have a history of late or missed payments with gateway or any provider for that matter) idk if this is Procollects fault or Gateways…but this does affect my overall rating along with the issues i experienced. i loved the following actions from gateway once i informed them of my issue though: 1. They always answered—i hate when i call an office and cannot reach an agent. But i was always able to be assisted during this process. 2. I felt respected and heard, Chelsea made sure she let me know when i would here from her and what she could do to help me.”

“Customer Service was good. The young lady greeted me with a smile and assisted with my payment for service. Also, thanked me. Got the purple wash but still didn't give a great wash in my opinion with bug residue still left on and can't get off. Will have to go back again or get some bug removal spray to remove. I love that they have towels handy to dry the car and good working vacuums. Wish that you offered a smaller vacuum to clean the crevices in the seats or smaller areas to not tear the leather, windshield washer fluid or glass spray to clean the windows better and something to hold the rugs while vacuum near the station. I've visited other stations near me that offers this. Thanks!”

“I spoke with Adam Jasien about a homeowner's insurance and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism. Homeowner's insurance is confusing, but Adam took the time to explain every line item in detail. Full disclosure, when I was speaking with Adam, I already had another broker share an insurance with me, so I was ultimately comparing the one that Adam provided me with another insurance. He was very gracious about my choice in insurance, saying multiple times how he wanted me to choose what was best for me, and giving me tips on how to choose an insurance well, even if I didn't go with him. I SO APPRECIATED THAT! Ultimately, the two plans were very very similar and I went with the other insurance plan because it was cheaper. Truly, Adam's customer service was TOP-NOTCH and I'm going to suggest all of my friends/family to him because he's honest, professional, and knows what he's doing. Call him, get your home, auto insurance from him. He'll take care of you and explain these things that are so confusing in full detail.”

No getting passed around, just quick information. Recent purchase - treated lumber, every board was perfect, didn't have to get a cart, sort thru lumber (Home Depot) Price was lower than Home D & McCoy's. They loaded it for me, was in and out quick and back to work.”

“Delicious pizza! Growing up in the Northeast, I got spoiled eating real pizza prepared by Italian masters in little dark holes in the wall. We’ve tried every pizza restaurant in the area and some were okay, edible, they’ll do in a pinch and others have been a disgrace. This is good pizza. The crust is crispy and would be good without the sauce. The sauce was rich, but not sweet, thank god. Generous cheese and it was baked to perfection.I love cheese pizza, but I’ll be trying toppings next time. We have found our go to place for good pizza.”
