Friendly knowledgeable competent staff.
Listened to the issues I had and alerted me to ones that I was not aware of. Nothing shady here. Shop rate comparable to all other mechanics I have used in Boerne Tx.
All in all good experience and will use their service again.

I highly recommend Brady’s auto repair! Bought a new used car, kept hearing a rattle, then the battery died. They replaced the battery and found that a replacement part from the dealership that was put on the car never got tightened up. They repaired everything quickly and with a very fair price!

Highly recommended. After another shop was unable to diagnose the odd issue with my Lexus 470, shop manager, Anthony, dedicated himself to it and succeeded. I was at the point of keep/sell and after his going over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and making the recommended repairs, I'm keeping it. I was shown in great detail all issues, kept informed of progress at all times and had no question I was being treated honestly. It was a bit of a lengthy process and their pick up/delivery service was greatly appreciated. Everyone in the shop is friendly and helpful. Anthony's knowledge of autos' inner workings is astonishing. As is his customer service, which is very important to me: truly the best I've ever received from any business (and I've been around a long while) The shop is modern and spotless. I could not be happier and definitely recommend Brady's as a shop where women can feel comfortable that they won't be taken advantage of. That's gold in my book. Anthony and Brady's Automotive are the BEST!

Had a trailer brake issue and these guys diagnosed and fixed same day. Even went over everything visually on my truck when I went to pick it up. Very courteous and efficient! Would definitely recommend them.
