The Bergheim Meat Market

I love this store - great fajita meat, steaks, produce and dairy. My HEB is 9 miles away, it is easier and faster to just drop in and pick up milk, half and half, at a moment's notice. I forgot to buy avocados; Bergheim Meat Market had extra large avocados, at the right level of ripeness. Great place - friendly people.

Love this place! What a great addition to our little hill country community. The owner is so friendly, helpful and buys only the best. The butchers truly know their craft, the staff is friendly and the store is clean. As one of their loyal supporters and customers, I certainly appreciate that!

What a sweet little shop. Absolutely beautiful dairy products, spices, and meats. Bought the glass milk jug just to have a keepsake from our trip here. I absolutely love displaying it in my kitchen and being reminded of our mini getaway. I highly recommend taking an hour out of your week to come check this place out. It’s a very unique, well organized market with a lot of cool grocery items and a staff that makes you feel like family. We were greeted warmly by the gentlemen sitting outside on the porch, as well as every worker in the place once we entered. If you’re thinking of driving in and checking this place out, just do it!

Cute little meat market with a good selection and great service. Bought some prime filets for mom's day and they were fantastic, albeit pricey. I would definitely go back for beef and the Berkshire pork. I also purchased some of their garlic sausage. It had a nice flavor but was so salty it was almost impossible to eat. Hopefully they will lower the salt content in future batches.
