“Judge Parrish is probably my favorite judge. No I don't know him personally but almost a year and a half ago I wanted to sit out my traffic tickets and get them taken care of. I'm a mother so of course I didn't want to take a chance of getting arrested anywhere and not knowing what to do. So instead I called the judges office and asked what day was a good day to turn myself in and how many days were we expecting. By doing so I was able to make arrangements with the kiddos and get it all handled. Well, while I was in jail they messed up my paperwork and kept me for a week after the day I was supposed to get released. Of course I was angry but a guard told me to write the judge and let him know. I figured the judge would blow off the issue because he had more important stuff I'm sure but I wrote him a letter anyways. The judge didn't even write back or anything. Instead, he called the jail and had them release me immediately. So I have much respect for this judge .he gave me his word and he honored it. It wasn't his fault I got kept longer but when the issue was brought to him, he handled it. He's got to be the fairest judge I've met. Much respect!”
