“I love 30 Minute Hit and am so grateful to have this place in Lubbock!! I was hesitant about going at first, especially because I tend to want to just do my own thing, wasn’t sure about the cost, and hadn’t worked out in some time prior to starting, so I was self-conscious. The trainers make it feel like such a welcoming and empowering space from the moment you walk in. No matter how I feel before going in for my workout, I always leave feeling empowered and glad I went. Trainers are so good at motivating and encouraging and seem genuinely interested in making sure you get the best experience. I never feel dumb asking a question or trying something new because the trainers are just so good at what they do! I love that the trainers help switch things up by either offering variations or moving up a level when ready. It keeps the workout fresh and challenging. It is absolutely worth the cost and an awesome workout. I’ve gone pretty consistently for 6 months now and notice a difference in how my clothes fit, I feel stronger and more toned, and overall, just feel so much better.”
